Jerome S. Grubin is a Partner of the firm. He has over fifty years of experience in all phases of accounting, auditing and federal and state taxation. He has represented corporate and individual clients throughout the United States.

Mr. Grubin is a Certified Public Accountant and an Attorney-At-Law. He is a member of The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, The New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, The American Bar Association, The New York State Bar Association, and has been admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court.

Mr. Grubin received his Bachelor of Business Administration (Cum Laude) from the College of the City of New York in 1953 and a Bachelor of Laws Degree from Brooklyn Law School in 1956. He has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1961 and an Attorney-At-Law since 1956.

Mr. Grubin served in the U.S. Army Finance Corps from November 1956 to November 1958.

Steven A. Sokol is a Partner of the firm. He has over twenty five years of experience, providing clients in many different industries with accounting, audit, tax and consulting services.

Mr. Sokol currently leads our financial services group, providing services to investment advisory firms, hedge funds, and other investment companies.

Mr. Sokol is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is licensed in both New York and New Jersey. Mr. Sokol currently serves on the boards of several not-for profit organizations in financial roles, and is active in local community organizations.

Mr. Sokol received his Bachelor of Science, Cum Laude from Brooklyn College, City University of New York in 1984 and received his CPA in 1986.

 

Robert N. Kirschenblatt is a Partner of the firm. He has over twenty five years of experience in all phases of accounting, auditing and taxation. Mr. Kirschenblatt specializes in certified audits, reviews of financial statements and tax planning.

Mr. Kirschenblatt was formerly employed by KPMG Peat Marwick in its middle market practice.

Mr. Kirschenblatt received his Bachelor of Arts from Queens College, City University of New York in 1983. He became a Certified Public Accountant in 1985. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
